When strict dependencies are missing in a bzlmod repository, the message printed is like

** You can use the following buildozer command:
buildozer 'add deps @@rules_jvm_external~4.5~maven~maven//:com_google_guava_guava' //client/src/bazel/bootcamp:logger_grpc
