Description:

Given I am an Existing Operator Profile with an existing Account Administrator, when I make an access request I will receive an email confirmation of a successful request. Then, when an operator admin approves or declines my access request, then I will receive another email notification

Acceptance Criteria:

Given I have clicked "Request administrator access" on this wireframe
Then I will receive the following email: 1.2.1 Submission confirmation email template from the Automatic Emails - Reg 2.0 doc

Given that an Operator Admin approved of my administrator access request,
Then I will receive the following email: 1.2.2 Approval confirmation email template from the Automatic Emails - Reg 2.0 doc

Given that an Operator Admin declined my administrator access request,
Then I will receive the following email: 1.2.3 Decline confirmation email template from the Automatic Emails - Reg 2.0 doc
