ASA: Date selector simplification in mobile app

Describe the task
ASA web stores historical data and allows BCWS to view historical advisories. This records retention feature is important for the web application but is not required on mobile. This task is to consider how the mobile version of ASA can be simplified with respect to the date selector.

Acceptance Criteria

• ASA mobile displays today's advisory bulletins and tomorrow's outlook. There is no confusion with respect to what is being viewed on ASA mobile.
• The output of this task is an updated design for ASA mobile that simplifies the user experience.
