Moodle 4.0 has a new design for activity icons, see https://moodledev.io/docs/devupdate#activity-icons.

So mod_game should receive a monochrome icon. To make use of that it will also have to be declared of what activity type mod_game is, probably MOD_PURPOSE_ASSESSMENT.
