Implement window transparency effect on the example app. This should be done with the help of an external plugin, because this library should not implement any platform code at all.

A example of this can be seen in Windows 10 Settings app:

Currently, the example app uses flutter_acrylic by @alexmercerind. Implemented in version 2.2.0
