I have an issue with the recent beta4 Beast version and would appreciate your help.

I receive the following error:

Error in input BEAST XML file, Version3FINAL.xml:
Error parsing '' element with id, 'null':
scaleFactor must be greater than or equal to 1.0

This is the XLM file:
Version3FINAL.zip
