Send a test email

As an admin
So that I can very an email template is correct
I would like to be able to send a test email

Right now when you edit an email template, it is hard to verify it is correct.
There's two options:

• Previewing email changes -- this could be useful but is more complex
• Seeing the email in your inbox -- this is useful because email formatting is messy

So when editing emails, it would be nice to fire off a test email:
Destination/To: current user's email address
We should fill the profile with the current user's fields.
Any null/empty data, we should fill with some test data - so the email template is guaranteed to have data.
