While swiping and moving your finger over the X-axis labels - crosshair still moves but not tooltip

Describe the bug
In a Maui project that uses crosshair - if you initiate a swipe movement over the chart and then move the swipe motion to the x-axis labels - the crosshair is still moving but the tooltip stays.

To Reproduce

1. Download and run attached project.
2. Start a swipe motion over the chart
3. Move you finger over the X-axis
4. Crosshair still moves but not tooltip.

Expected behavior
Crosshair should also stop moving when you move finger over X-axis labels.
