Legend is shown above Title

Describe the bug
When LegendPosition is set to top and a title is added, the legend is shown above the title.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a chart (SKCartesianChart, Avalonia CartesianChart, ...)
2. Add two series
3. Add title
4. Set LegendPosition to Top

Expected behavior
I would expect the legend to be placed below the title instead
