- Download a binary distribution of ADAM
- Extract the ADAM binary distribution to a location on your computer
- Update your PATH environment variable to include the bin directory of the ADAM distribution to make running
adam-submit,adam-shell, etc. easy from the command-line.
Or, pip install bdgenomics.adam, which will install both the ADAM binaries and the ADAM Python library.
Additionally, the bdgenomics.adam R bindings are attached to this tag as bdgenomics.adam_0.30.0.tar.gz. We plan to release bdgenomics.adam to CRAN in a future release, and are tracking the progress of this at issue 1851.
