Error while populating kegg #23

While running kegg_manager.populate(), it throws error after 3hrs of loading

Hi, it seems a problem with the last json file. Can you try again to run the same command to see if it contains without downloading that file? Try also to remove that file if it doesnt work.
It seems to be a problem happening on windows

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, i am running this on windows and using REPL to import and run this command. I am trying to install in ubuntu docker container it`s giving error in import.

this is a sqlalchemy 2.0-related error, please install <2.0.0
