Detect if Crazyflie is in a LPS before starting the LPS tab

Currently the LPS tab starts a couple of log block and a thread fetching the anchor position using the mem subsystem. This is done without any test if the Crazyflie is currently flying in a loco positioning system. We should check if at least the log variable exists before starting the lof blocks and the update thread.
