Programming the Crazyflie freezes when a flow deck is installed #500

Due to the bug in the lib bitcraze/crazyflie-lib-python#226, the programming process freezes when the crazyflie programmed has a flow deck installed. The crazyflie is left in firmware mode running the newly programmed firmware.

Until the lib bug is fixed, the workaround is to remove the flow deck from the Crazyflie before programing it from the client.

This problem does not affect make cload from firmware projects.
