Surrounding the Gnome. Connection to the network through the wifi-menu (not through the Gnome NetworkManager). Close the lid of the laptop, it falls asleep. Wakes up, the network is restored. And the program does not see the network, and cyclical gives an error, does not even allow itself to be closed.

I have no experience with Gnome, nor do I use it - so debugging this will be a bit tricky.
Could you use a debug build (-DOPENMITTSU_DEBUG=ON) and check whether the log contains any relevant entries around this event?
Maybe Qt allows listening to events like "network restored", but I have not yet looked into this.
