Blokada is not updating the view when adding an entry to blocked.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Blokada with a filter list, e.g. (AdAway + 1Host Lite)
2. Go to “Activity”
3. Tab on any entry
4. Click on “Add to Allowed” (or “Add to Blocked”) to add the entry to the block list (or remove it)
5. (The loading animation starts rotating)

Expected behavior

The entry is added to the block list and the icon toggles its color from gray to orange (or from orange to gray) after the loading animation stops

Actual behavior

The entry is added to the block list, but the icon does not toggle the color after the loading animation stops. When switching back to activity and selecting the same entry again, the color and view has changed.
