No way to add estimates after the day is planned

This is probably just a wishlist: if I'm planning my day and I don't estimate the number of time blocks it will take on that exact screen, Volition won't let me do it afterwards. Same thing if I want to add another task during the day, there's no way to estimate then the blocks for that task.
