Will Bolt 3 support PHP 8/8.1?

Hi

Forgive me if this has been asked already, I didn't find the question here or in GitHub issues and I'm not following the project.

I see Bolt is now up to version 5 so I expect the answer is no, but as Bolt 3 is receiving updates and commits, I thought I'd ask if there are any plans for compatibility.
