UI - revisit Quotas as part of Teams response #428

The current quotas response as part of a team involves communicating to the engine to get an insights on current usage.

This should not be necessary as the teams /mine endpoint is called a lot (with every refresh) and is therefore expensive. This should be either;

only returning the quota
moved to a separate endpoint
