Unable to claim a bounty on behalf of a team

Should be able to claim a bounty on behalf of a team. Bounty goes into the team account instead of the personal account.

Had a (private IRC) convo about this with @rappo. We'd love this for @gratipay (gratipay/inside.gratipay.com#116). We want to use bounties to encourage collaboration within our team. Follow-on for us would be ability to transfer the money over to Gratipay so it pours in the top of our normal team distribution flow.
