another route for circuit positions i.e x and y points representing the circuit

currently when needing to interact with the cicruit all we have is circuit_key, circuit_name and circuit_short_name and for visualizing or presenting the circuit in space we have to use driver locations from the locations route which means that we represent the circuit thru the drivers line . This makes erros because each driver has a specific line or driving style and some drivers are not present on some sessions so grabbing the circuit from their positions is often not possible.
