Fields with latest option

Hi All,

Awesome project here, what would thoughts be on adding capability for "latest" on date fields to return smaller payloads where possible. Overall for usecases where this is useful it should make responses quicker and reduce server processing but my main driver is to allow much easier integration with embeded systems where memory is lacking, especially a problem when hitting the cardata endpoint.
