Weird flickring above the url bar

I cannot reproduce the issue, but while I'm using brave in a page where it asks for permissions with another dialog (I don't know what was it exactly) popping up simultaneously , the permission tab did flicker. I will try to reproduce the issue and share a recording of it.

I have the same problem as you and I noticed the existence of the same in the 1.38.109 update. Rolling back to update 1.37.116 this issue does not occur.

Currently in use on Fedora 36.

Are you using X11 or Wayland? Also can you check disabling hardware acceleration to see if that helps resolve the flickering?

In my case specifically, the problem was related to the theme used, Dracula Theme. It was corrected with the Commit below.
