Opened tabs are reset on browser closure when using vertical tabs

Hi everybody, I don't know if this is the right place to submit this. If it isn't, please accept my apologies and let me know.

Description

When horizontal tabs are active, the tabs that are open are preserved when I completely close Brave and are reopened the moment I reopen it. When I activate vertical tabs, just one empty tab opens when I reopen the browser.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open several websites in tabs in one browser window with horizontal tabs activated

2. Close the browser

3. Reopen the browser and all previously opened tabs are there

4. Open several websites in tabs in one browser window with vertical tabs activated

5. Close the browser

6. Reopen the browser and only one empty tab with the Dashbord/Home (whichever activated in the settings) is visible.

Expected result:

The previously opened tabs should be reopened, just as when horizontal tabs are activated

Reproduces every time when I close and reopen the browser with vertical tabs activated

Maybe another detail which I don't know if it is related:
Typing Cmd + W closes a tab in horizontal mode, in vertical mode, it closes the whole window.
