Feature Request: Nested Replies/Threads

Have the user be able to reply to a reply to a comment, a sub reply if you will.

Here is how it looks like right now:

Rationale

The only way a user can reply to a comment's reply is to reply to the said comment. this newer reply is then pushed above the reply its supposed to be replying to.

Having a tree like structure makes it so that replies to a comment's reply are shown properly.

The current implementation of replies is at level 2:
