Pulling images without architecture broken due to hardcoded error message

Summary

pack build can no longer be used witch images that have no architecture. Here it checks if the target architecture is not found and in that case another pull is made for an empty architecture as default.

Unfortunately this fallback is hardcoded of an error message of the form

does not match the specified platform expected: linux/arm actual: linux

This error message was changed with this commit to

was found but its platform (linux) does not match the specified platform (linux/arm )

Steps

1. pack build with a nodejs application and gcr.io/paketo-buildpacks/nodejs:latest

Current behavior

It fails because no image with the target architecture was found.

Expected behavior

The fallback should try to pull the image without any architecture.
