Fails to upload batch of verification clips #77

Fails to upload batch of clips.

Set of clips that fails are located at samromur drive.

Steps to reproduce:

Sign in as an admin
Goto batch upload
Upload the clips (leave dialect empty)

Result: fails midprocess some clips are imported, some are not

This might need to be re-worked entirely to use transactions or stored procedures instead of individual sql statements.
