Wyam Publish not push to github.

When creating the documentation, the output is not pushed to GitHub. I am trying to push the documentation on Appveyor. Everything looks good but it is not pushed to git. The same locally when I force doku. The folder with the doc is created and the docu is there, but not pushed. I can run push with git then it is in the right place. It seems if the GitPush() command is not working.

Do you have a link to a build on AppVeyor where this is happening?

I also have the same problem locally. Environment variables should be set.

I am not sure if the problems are related. My test results are not published. I have changed the code so that an error occurs but appveyor only shows it in the log. I don't see anything in the test results. I would be very happy about help.
