Things that need to be addressed:

When toggling a course to a module, there needs to be a confirm dialogue
There's currently no button on the module settings page to switch a Module back to a course, so we need to add one, probably also with a confirm dialogue

We no longer have this toggle feature, but may be something to discuss with new course creation workflow.
