PyZeebe Client doesn't implement the Topology command at the moment to retrieve information from your Cluster

Happy to work on it with @jwulf . Still, I can't get the tests to run like in the PR from: #204 Could you give us some advice?

Is there is a missing file containing test fixtures such as grpc_addr and server?
