s3cache hash question

Hello,
We are using an S3Cache, and recently switched from one source bucket to another. The source buckets have identical contents, but different names.
We've kept the same cache, under the assumption that since the buckets have identical contents, that the old cache's contents would work with the new source bucket. This appears to not be the case. Could this be explained by the bucket name being part of the hash (example below) that is generated for the object's name?:
