[Empty States] Variants and use cases

Acceptance criteria

Variants or places where empty states occur

• Identify how many components in our system would need an empty state situation?
  • So far it seems like those are: Tile, Data table, Side panels, On page/Inline with content. Let's confirm this is all of them.

Use cases

• Have real use case examples of each of these to make sure they are valid to support.
  • For instance: When would you need an empty state in a left panel, is that really a thing? Look at the work group's research and mural, or reach out to them if we need that situation.
