is it possible that the ardrone 2.0 sends the target localization such as text message to my phone

Hi buddies , i hope that you're doing great . currently i'm working for my project , the main idea of this project is to detect a specific person ( target) and follow it by ar drone 2.0 then send his or her localization to me in my phone or any device in the form of a text message including the real time position like the GPS performs but i don't want to use the GPS like a device instead of it i want to use a cheap solution to follow my target in the real time . Any suggestions for that guys ! please show me how brilliant you are in the comments ... i would be grateful if you could help me and i look forward for your swift replies
