Trying to Fetch.

  1. hydro 0.8.0-132-g2c852f6

  2. hydro datadir fetch "BTL,SUM" "Exchange, NetCDF, WOCE, SUM files online" 763 767

did some stuff, then got the error:
2033:00,222 I datadir/dl.py:429 _dl_dir dl /data/co2clivar/pacific/p13/p13_49RY20110515/original/2013.12.10_expocode_correction_MYS/to_go_online/p13_49RY20110515do.pdf
Visit in your browser and click Grant Access:

Had to control-c out of this Fetch. Went to bitbucket, reset my password, logged in,
tried again, same error message.

I am logged into ghdc with " ssh -Y ghdc"

What can I try?

The window server error can be ignored, that's just F/C trying to open a browser window for the link. The important line is

You need to go to that address, log into bitbucket if needed, and click "Grant access". This is used to access the wiki and download the 00_README.txt template.

I tried, several ways, and it cant find the web page. I type in the https below, and it redirects to

http://132.239.92.163:60000/?oauth_verifier=9327426213&oauth_token=ufGkDegP9JFVdBEspL

and displays “Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 132.239.92.163:60000

Ok. That worked. I’m authenticated. Then, I tried twice, and tot this message to the fetch:

hydro datadir fetch "BTL,SUM" "Exchange, NetCDF, WOCE, SUM files online" 763 767
…. some stuff to screen, then

If the exit status is 0, the last line is the UOW directory. If not, let me know.

That error line is also ignorable. F/C attempts to read parameters from data files to populate the readme for you, however the documentation doesn't have any.
