Provide users with job queue status to aid user expectations/understanding of service response #35

Description

It would be helpful if the job queue status could be shown to the user to help them understand if there are:

  • heavy loads on the service (i.e. response times will be longer)
  • service is down
  • service is stalled

This will allow us to manage user expectations on service and may aid their use of it.
