[Guides] Update the 'Run AWS Lambda functions from a Cerb bot' guide from behaviors to automations #90

The guide currently uses Node.js Lambda functions. We need to convert those to Python 3.12+.

It uses bot behaviors, which need to be automations/workflows instead.

All of the screenshots will need to be updated.
