Describe the feature

It'd be great for testing purposes to have an automated process in CI that builds cross-platform images for the components that have been modified in PR that has been merged into the unstable branch.

The docker image tag should be something like ghcr.io/chainbound/bolt-sidecar:0a0b0c0d where 0a0b0c0d are replaced with the first 4 bytes of the SHA-256 of the last commit.
