Context

At slot 3220302 we proposed a fallback block with a safety fault. The local block has 43 transactions in them, which is a lot and might be related.

The transactions in question:

  • 0xc3c32da84873f80d352e5ffb50f73080448c03032ec18cbe34f96994a071d680
  • 0x07aff41a12da9fde050f0bc4ae8911932329ba0122cd1fbc784c3c70af952427

Plan to address

  • Monitor when it happens again
  • Look at sidecar logs around the slot in question
