React v18.0 으로 마이그레이션합니다.

제안 이유

라이브러리 최신화

개선 방안

  • 다양한 변경사항이 있지만, 라이브러리에 영향을 줄만한 breaking change는 없어보입니다.
  • useId 훅이 새로 추가되었습니다. 기존 훅을 제거하고 교체하면 될 거 같습니다.
