The difference seems to be the first group deal with whole frames, while
the second with subframes.
I'm not sure I would see the use of frameblending a Deep, but who knows I
guess.
Seems like some time nodes are working natively inside nuke:
whilst other are not working in terms of, can't be connected:
not sure what the definition is, but the first group has also a different node shape (group) while the ladder seems 2d op shaped.
i could imagine those tools handy when needed, but the question is, are those situation really happening.
On the other hand i read that the reason for not using deeps are the missing nodes to be in line with regular 2d behavior.
