So I have my Vagrantfile (which has too much info to share, especially as we're using a custom Windows box) configured to install version 12.9.41 due to the other issue I opened regarding 12.11.18 and the chef-solo/chef-zero changes. However, under Windows nodes, even though vagrant-omnibus is claiming to install 12.9.41 (which I'm attaching in a log file), you can clearly see that it actually installs 12.11.18 instead. I've tried multiple tweaks and nothing is working for me. Any assistance would be appreciated.
