contextify doesn't work with node v4+ yet: brianmcd/contextify#180
This PR removes it in favour of the builtin
vmmodule. Thevmmodule doesn't do what we need it to do in older versions of node and there doesn't appear to be a way to conditionally installcontextifybased on the version of node that's installed, so not sure what the best solution is here. Either wait until contextify is fixed, or wait until everyone upgrades to node 4+.
