[Bug]: responses to creation of tenant and databases return 'null'

Ideally, the tenant and databases are created but its just that the response is null confuses if its created or not. Also, since there is no way to list tenant and databases. we can only check if tenants and database are created or not by using the Gettenant and getdatabase enpoints.
