i tried the v1.2, The conmand line window keeps flashing. Can't download.

This seems pretty much like #6 and if so, you're trying to download a not public file: bear in mind that this script only cope well with public links (it does not ask for credentials!).

For the case of private files, you can try (at your own risk :-) these instructions, in case downloading from a command line is a must: #6 (comment)

@iris0329 please overwrite v1.2 with last version v1.3 as it contained a bug (though not related to this question, see #11 & #12).
