Filter by Region gets distorted after unselecting

🐛 Summary

When a user unselects a Region during filtering, the region is excluded from the search as expected, however when the region is reselected to be included in the search, the search results get distorted.
The reselected region appears at the end.

Expected behavior

Regions should always be in order after every search.
