No read/write Values in log

🐛 Summary

There is currently no way to track what values are being written or read in the network traffic regardless of object_type. This essentiually nullifies the use of this parser to track any erroneous, suspicious, or malicious traffic in the protocol.

Track input/output values in read or write commands to track the status of various states across all object_type values.
