Domain requests: Review CSV export and metadata report

Issue description

Next to the registrar's "domain requests" table, there's an option to export a CSV of the related data. Currently, that CSV export does not reflect the modified data that appears in requests for org model (e.g., requesting entity). It's pulling the same data that appears in the "metadata report," which likely needs to be updated for org model, as well.

We need to review the CSV export available in the registrar—as well as the metadata report—to ensure the output meets expectations.

Acceptance criteria

• Review the data that appears in the domain requests CSV export (for org model AND non-org model) and determine which fields should appear.
• Review the data that appears in the metadata report and determine which fields should appear now that we've introduced org model.
• Create a dev ticket to make necessary changes to those reports. (3209)

Additional context

Observations related to the org model CSV:

• The "requesting entity" is not currently within that export.
• It's showing non-org model fields (e.g. election office, other contacts).
• The senior official and org details in that CSV are not pulling from the new tables in Django admin.

Recently found a bug in domain request csv exports, some values are not accurate. When the dev ticket is made to complete whatever changes come out of this ticket we will add into that ticket "ensure all remaining fields contain accurate data". So farCreator approved domains count,Creator active requests count,Alternative domains, Current websites seem to be the fields that are buggy.
