Issue description

New flow and behavior for editing existing name servers. All the below AC cover the designs in section 3 of this Figma page.

Acceptance criteria

  • Edit triggers edit mode on row (4)
  • Name server field is "smart" (5)
  • When a user clicks "Delete" display modal (6)
  • Behavior of buttons outside row the user is editing (7)
  • Error & success messages follow Google doc
