Sub-issue description

Once the visual aid is created, it should be reviewed by others, including designers and the dev team to be sure it provides sufficient information for implementation and as a resource going forward.

Acceptance criteria

  • Share the visual aid with developers to confirm it aligns with the technical implementation.
  • Iterate based on feedback to ensure accuracy and usability.
