📝 Provide a description of requested docs changes

When browsing the legacy guides (whatever it means), the documentation displays the following warning:

As I do not understand what it means, what should I do now? Could I ignore it? Should I close the page?

We need to explain what it means and what to do. Any call-to-action that gives me more details would be appreciated.
