%cmder_root%\config\user-aliases.ps1 is not created on a fresh install of v1.3.0 #1040

Loading

The file not being there causes an error when launching a posh session.

Workaround:

echo "">%CMDER_ROOT%\config\user-aliases.ps1

I will fix this and do a PR.

Nevermind on this. it was some other code that caused my issues. Closing.
